Feeling confident in my own skin has been a lifelong journey for me. To this day, I work hard on loving myself exactly as I am while compassionately navigating feelings of anxiety when they surface.

My journey has not always been a smooth one, I was raised in circumstances that bred anxious attachment and C-PTSD. For the first two decades of my life, I was convinced that something was wrong with me; I was fundamentally flawed. I struggled in romantic relationships yet all I deeply desired was a heartfelt connection with another person.

So, I went to therapy, spent countless hours researching, read books, talked to experts, attended trainings, and went full throttle on trying to “fix” myself. It turned out that I wasn’t broken, I needed to learn how to love myself. Today, I am happily engaged to a man who is the most kind and loyal human I could imagine. I know how to navigate my anxious tendencies as a result of years of work learning about myself, tools that work for me, and a lot of patience. But, I don’t think it has to be this hard for you.

My goal is to share my 20 years of learning so you can make swift and meaningful shifts into loving and becoming more of yourself.

I believe change can happen quickly with the right knowledge and willingness to look within. I am here to provide a safe space for you to show up as honestly and vulnerably as you wish without any shame or judgment. I am here for the moments when you feel small to remind you that you are innately worthy of love.

Helping people feel connected to themselves and others is not only my work it is my passion. As a Marriage and Family Therapist in training, Yoga/Pilates/fitness instructor, and nutrition coach, I’ve spent over 5,000 hours working with people to bridge the gap between what they imagine is possible for themselves and how they are currently showing up.

My approach is one of empathy and a deep desire to help you find more peace, happiness, balance, and LOVE in your life While this is not therapy, you can think of it as a complement to therapy. We get right to the root of your patterns so you can expect to learn a lot about yourself quickly and use that information to help you keep shining brighter.
